Division Manager
Role: Regional Manager of Infrastructure
Location: Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC
Salary: 160,000 – 180,000 + bonus
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
We’re seeking a dynamic leader to grow and shape our Municipal Infrastructure practice in North Carolina. This is a high-impact opportunity to set strategy, expand market presence, and build talented planning and landscape architecture teams in the Charlotte and/or Raleigh markets.
In this role, you’ll guide business development, drive profitability, and lead multidisciplinary teams delivering meaningful public and private projects. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, planners, and subconsultants while mentoring staff and advancing the division’s long-term vision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development efforts and cultivate strong client relationships across public and private sectors
- Build, mentor, and grow planning and landscape architecture teams across multiple offices
- Oversee delivery of municipal, higher education, parks & recreation, commercial, residential, mixed-use, and entitlement projects
- Drive strategic planning, financial performance, and operational excellence
- Guide proposal development, project oversight, and quality control
What You Bring
- North Carolina Professional Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain quickly)
- 10+ years of leadership experience in land development and/or public sector projects
- Proven success in business development and client engagement
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep knowledge of planning and landscape architecture practice and project management
