Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Completions Manager to support system completion, turnover, and project readiness activities on large industrial construction projects.
This role will manage completion data and help ensure construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities are accurately tracked and reported.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the project completions database.
- Develop and maintain system, subsystem, and turnover structures.
- Track construction completion, system readiness, and turnover status.
- Maintain checklists, test records, punch lists, and completion documentation.
- Monitor outstanding items affecting turnover.
- Coordinate completion information across construction, quality, engineering, and commissioning teams.
- Generate status reports, dashboards, and readiness metrics.
- Support turnover package development and final handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong completions or turnover management experience on large industrial projects.
- Hands-on experience administering a completions or commissioning database.
- Understanding of systemization, completion, commissioning, and turnover processes.
- Experience managing checklists, punch lists, test records, and turnover packages.
- Strong database management and reporting skills.
- Experience with major completions or commissioning platforms preferred.
