Title: Project Manager – Wastewater
Location: Dallas Ft. Worth area
Salary: 135K-175K + gas card + bonus
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire
Join a growing, stable construction organization and take ownership of high-impact wastewater treatment projects throughout the DFW area. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from startup through closeout while partnering closely with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and owners.
What You’ll Do
- Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall performance
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and owners
- Identify and resolve project challenges impacting safety, quality, schedule, or cost
- Oversee project documentation, procurement, reporting, and closeout
- Participate in project meetings and support risk management and planning
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of construction Project Management experience
- Wastewater experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
