Meet the Newest Recruiters at FootBridge
As we reflect upon the past year, FootBridge has witnessed notable growth and progress. We are thrilled to have expanded our team and warmly welcome our new recruiters, each bringing their unique perspective and skill set. Among the qualities we value most in our recruiters are their ability to foster trust, effectively communicate, and respect people’s time. Our Chief Operations Officer, Joe Squires, emphasizes the importance of recruiters being responsive, keeping their word, and following up with candidates as promised. While not every candidate will land a job, they deserve clear and prompt communication throughout the recruitment process.

What drew you to FootBridge?/Why did you choose FootBridge?
Joe Squires was great to interview and explained what FootBridge expects and our values here. Everything lined up with what I was looking for, and I am happy with my choice a month in!
How has your time at FootBridge been thus far?
It’s been great. A solid team here, and they have answered many questions along the way.
What do you do in your spare time?
I love filling up the weekends with some football and hiking!

What drew you to FootBridge?/Why did you choose FootBridge?
My good friend, a former FootBridge employee, always spoke glowingly about his time at FootBridge and recommended that I look into them, saying that I would be a good fit. Specifically, he said that, in addition to earning potential, the culture was second to none. That is very important to me in my career, and having been here for a few months, I can see that his assessment was accurate.
How has your time at FootBridge been thus far?
FootBridge thus far has been excellent. The people are lovely, and the culture has made for a seamless transition.
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I am a musician.

What drew you to FootBridge?/Why did you choose FootBridge?
Joe and Liz were so transparent throughout the hiring process. When I visited the office, I immediately knew I could picture myself being here. I chose Footbridge because it seemed like a great opportunity to get my start in the agency world with highly motivated, like-minded people.
How has your time at FootBridge been thus far?
I am learning so much about an industry that is brand new to me. The team has been so helpful in getting me up to speed. Week one ended with the company party and a warm welcome to the team.
What do you do in your spare time?
I love working out, spending time with my family, visiting breweries, and watching movies at home with my mini dachshund.
