The ideal fit for Burns & Mac is:

  • Someone with a bachelor’s degree in project management or engineering with 4 to eight years of experience working in their field of specialty
  • Hands-on experience  

What it means to work as a contractor for Burns & Mac:

  • All contractors will work full-time and be paid as FootBridge employees for a minimum of six months to two years before they are converted to permanent Burns & Mac employee-owner.
  • Some positions will require up to 50 to 60 hours per week
  • May include per diem
