Chris has been building careers and connecting talent since 2010, when they first broke into the staffing industry as a cold-calling inside sales rep — a grind that forged the competitive edge and client-first mentality that define their approach today. Before joining FootBridge, Chris spent nearly six years as a Heavy Industrial Recruiter at ProEnergy Services, followed by a full-cycle recruiting role at APS Solutions. Chris came aboard FootBridge in August 2021 as a Senior Recruiter and was promoted to Recruiting Manager in December 2025. With nearly five years at FootBridge and over 15 years in the industry, Chris specializes in sourcing and placing construction and engineering talent — bringing both the hustle of a hands-on recruiter and the strategic vision of a leader to every search.
