Caroline started working with FootBridge Company in April 2024 as the Director of Permanent Placement Services. She has worked in staffing since 2018, where she began her recruitment career focused on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries. Since then she has excelled in matching top talent with clients across multiple practice areas, including technology, healthcare, finance and accounting, and more. Caroline finds the greatest sense of fulfillment in helping people to find better opportunities, regardless of their specialization or location.
Caroline was honored with several consecutive sales awards at a prior global staffing firm, winning “Premier” level designation for billings in 2022, “President” for billings in 2021, and “Rookie of the Year” for billings in 2020. She joined the Million Dollar Club and earned an AVP title after only two years with the company. Caroline graduated from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, NH with her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management.
I became a recruiter because I had been recruited several times in my own career. I was thrilled that I had someone on my side to help me through the difficult interview process and to negotiate a higher salary than I was comfortable asking for myself. There are so many benefits for both clients and candidates to using an agency recruiter, it is a win/win/win. I love earning the trust and respect of everyone I work with and can’t imagine another career that brings more joy or challenges to overcome.
I am impressed with the tenure of the team here, with so many employees spending the entirety or majority of their careers here. That says more about the stability, integrity and culture of the organization than anything else can. I am also thrilled to share my expertise in permanent placement and full desk recruitment with the company as this was an area the leadership team wanted to invest in for a while. Lastly, it was a happy surprise that Joe Squires and I share a love for the same type of music. Who doesn’t want to work with/for someone they can jam out to Phish with?
I have a Nespresso machine at home which makes the most frothy Vertuo Melozio, but when I am out and about, during the summer, an iced black dark roast coffee. Most other times, hot and dark. Sometimes a splash of oat milk or almond milk.
I love a cold Lemon Drop or Espresso Martini.
I listen to Grateful Dead, Phish, and DMB radio on XM all the time. My favorite song is Scarlet Begonias (GD).
