Staffing for Power and Utilities
Grow and shrink your Power and Utility workforce based on your project needs. For decades, FootBridge has cultivated long-standing partnerships with our candidates while clearly understanding client hiring requirements. Personally connected with so many of our Power and Utility projects, we firmly grasp client ideals through project work and onsite visits. Knowing these details is what makes our team so unique.
We realize not only our clients, but the candidates we seek to place every day have so many choices when it comes to hiring. It’s the fine details, such as knowing someone’s work history without having to be reminded, the personal ease in which we work, and the name we have made for ourselves which makes a difference.
Our talented team of specialized recruiters will deliver qualified candidates for all your projects, including:
- Power Generation
- Renewable Energy
- Power Transmission & Distribution
How Does Contract Hiring Work?
Any hire made through FootBridge is an employee of our firm (when they work 30+ hours a week). We assume all liability for the employee, including payroll, employee benefits administration, liability insurance, worker’s compensation, future unemployment benefits, and more.
Our goal is to make hiring contract talent as easy as possible.
Is contract hiring more expensive than direct hire?
A staffing firm markup, which is the fee paid on top of a base salary, covers all costs and liabilities. Additionally, with contract hires, your company is not committed to paying an annual salary or benefits.
Instead, the staffing firm pays the contractor (working 30+ hours) an hourly rate while assuming responsibility for benefits and all insurance.
