Pay: $90,000 – $140,000

You’ll work alongside a team of skilled engineers, contributing your insights to everything from field investigations to design, analysis, reporting, and on-site evaluations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead field investigations, perform engineering analyses, and prepare high-quality geotechnical reports and recommendations.

• Design and develop technical plans and specifications for a variety of project types.

• Oversee project progress, budgets, and performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Solve challenging engineering problems and offer creative, technically sound solutions.

• Communicate complex concepts clearly to clients, teams, and stakeholders—both technical and non-technical.

• Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure designs meet industry standards and project goals.

• Mentor junior engineers and support staff, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

• Collaborate with business development teams to support client proposals, cost estimates, and strategic growth.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience

• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project scopes

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
