Title: Sr. Building Enclosures Consultant
Location: Houston, TX (hybrid)
Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
Pay: $110,000 – $130,000
This position is for a dynamic leader to manage a building Enclosures operation in Houston. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, industry relationships, and a technical background in building diagnostics, remedial design, and/or construction. The role involves overseeing a team of professionals, mentoring, and collaborating with internal and external teams.
The individual will manage projects, ensure timely and profitable execution, and maintain quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include business development, proposal preparation, financial management, and recruitment. A background in architecture, engineering, or related fields is required, with at least 8 years of experience, or 12 years without a degree. Certifications and supervisory experience are preferred.
