Job Title: Group Manager – Site Investigation and Remediation
Location: Kansas City, KS
Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent
Pay Range: $95,000 – $105,000 DPOE
We’re seeking an experienced Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) to lead our Site Investigation & Remediation Group in Lenexa, KS. This is a high-impact leadership role within a respected environmental consulting team serving Kansas and Missouri.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team executing Phase II ESAs, site characterization, and remediation projects.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Support business development, proposals, and client relationship growth.
- Manage operations including staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of environmental project and team management experience
- Professional licensure (PG or PE) required.
- Strong knowledge of MDNR/KDHE programs (LUST, VCP, BVCP); Brownfields experience a plus.
- Proven ability to lead projects and develop teams.
