Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with a passion for healthcare design and a track record of delivering complex projects? We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead impactful work in our Houston or Dallas office, where you’ll shape environments that support healing and innovation.
In this role, you’ll be a key leader—supervising day-to-day responsibilities of engineering staff, mentoring team members in both technical development and career growth, and serving as the technical lead on a variety of projects, with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities. You’ll manage projects from initial concept through construction, collaborating in-house with other disciplines for fully integrated solutions.
You’ll interface directly with clients, ensuring excellence in design, delivery, and project execution, while managing timelines, teams, and technical standards.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
Professional Engineer (PE) license
10+ years of experience in an A/E firm, with a strong portfolio of healthcare projects
Proven leadership in project management and mentoring
Deep mechanical engineering expertise and an understanding of related systems
