Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Estimator to support large-scale industrial construction projects.
This position will develop and review estimates for complex capital projects and work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFPs, and scope documents.
- Develop labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and validate pricing assumptions.
- Review vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Identify scope gaps, cost risks, and constructability concerns.
- Support estimate reviews, proposals, and project handoff.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams.
Qualifications
- Senior-level estimating experience on large industrial or major construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and cost development.
- Ability to interpret multidisciplinary drawings and specifications.
- Experience developing conceptual through detailed estimates.
- Strong Excel and estimating software skills.
- Experience with large capital projects preferred.
