Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
Compensation: $90,000 – $130,000 + Discretionary bonus

What You’ll Do
Design and oversee complex electrical systems for large, mission-driven facilities.
Serve as a technical leader and client-facing expert, providing solutions and guidance in real time.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, helping develop both technical and leadership skills.
Oversee the preparation of construction documents, electrical calculations, and energy modeling studies.
Collaborate closely with in-house disciplines, architectural partners, and building owners to deliver high-performance solutions.
Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including scheduling, budgets, and contract administration.
Conduct site visits, review submittals, and provide support throughout construction.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5+ years of experience designing large-scale electrical building systems.
Strong expertise across healthcare, higher education, science/tech, workplace, or related building types.
Proven ability to lead teams, interface with clients, and manage complex projects from concept through construction.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
