Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 + Discretionary bonus

What You’ll Do
Design and oversee complex electrical systems for large-scale, mission-driven facilities.
Lead the preparation of construction documents in Revit, including 2D and 3D deliverables.
Develop electrical system calculations, reports, and energy modeling studies to support LEED certification and sustainable design goals.
Collaborate closely with architects, owners, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions.
Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams and oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Conduct site visits, review submittals, and provide ongoing support during construction.
Plan and organize project workflows from concept through completion.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5+ years of experience designing large-scale electrical building systems in consulting or related practice.
Strong proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of electrical system concepts.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead engineering teams, and deliver quality results.
Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
