Job Description:
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will manage land/site development projects, from design through completion. You’ll lead technical design, ensure quality control, and handle project management tasks, working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead civil/site development projects, ensuring design accuracy and compliance with U.S. codes and standards.
- Oversee technical designs for grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure quality control of designs and project documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
- PE License in Arkansas (or ability to obtain)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in civil/site development
- Strong knowledge of U.S. design codes and standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Local experience in Arkansas preferred
