Position Description:
The Scheduling Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, updating, and reporting of project construction schedule(s). Responsible for facilitating schedule communication between all internal stakeholders assigned to the project and may act as the liaison for the owner’s scheduler.
 Position Qualifications:
•        A 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
•        5-7 years of scheduling experience on large commercial construction projects.  Aviation experience a plus.
•        Experience training and working within a team.
•        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera (P6 and/or P8) and ASTA, Resource Loading, Histograms, and Activity Coding.
•                Proficiency in developing, resource loading, analyzing, and reporting on project schedules. This includes an understanding of scheduling analytics and continuous improvement strategies.
•        Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and work breakdown structures (WBS) methodologies, principles, and applications.
