Title: Safety Specialist
Location: Midwest
Duration: 6 months, potential contract-to-hire
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week
Pay Range: $45–$55/hr
Start Date: October 2026
Position Overview
We are seeking a Safety Specialist to provide field safety support on a large-scale electrical construction project. This position will work closely with field crews and site safety leadership to promote safe work practices and identify potential hazards.
The position is best suited for someone with previous construction safety experience who has worked around electrical installations and understands electrical construction hazards. Previous data center experience is preferred but not required.
Key Qualifications
- Construction safety experience.
- Electrical construction background strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements.
- Familiarity with electrical hazards and safe-work practices.
- Comfortable working directly with field crews in an active construction environment.
- OSHA 30 and/or NFPA 70E training preferred.
- Data center or other large-scale construction experience is a plus.
