Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the Risk Assessment with all Risk Owners in order to individuate all the risk/opportunity events that can have impacts in terms of extra time and/or extra-cost
  • Prepare and periodically update the Project Risk Register, reporting the actual impacts of the occurred events;
  • Determine, together with the different Risk Owners, the appropriate risk response per each of the risk events identified
  • Prepare and periodically update the Project Plan Risk Response, registering the actual effectiveness of the risk responses implemented
  • Calculate time and cost reserves in order to guarantee the achievement of project targets respecting the risk threshold defined, and quantify the residual risk uncovered on the project
