Salary: $65,000 – $120,000 including base, bonus and commissions
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire
Job Summary
A growing residential design showroom is seeking a creative and driven Design & Sales Project Manager to lead kitchen and bath renovation projects from concept through installation. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who combines strong design ability with sales confidence and project coordination experience.
What You’ll Do
Guide clients through the full design process from consultation to final installation
Develop customized kitchen and bath concepts aligned with client preferences and budget
Prepare detailed proposals including materials, labor, and timelines
Present designs, revise as needed, and secure signed agreements and deposits
Order materials and coordinate with vendors and installers
Oversee installation progress to ensure quality, compliance, and timelines are met
Manage multiple active projects while maintaining strong client communication
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and design software
Qualifications
Experience in kitchen and bath design
Strong sales and client consultation skills
Project management experience
Proficiency in CAD, 2020, or similar design software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
