Title: Construction Quality Control Manager
Pay: $115,000-130,000 + Bonus Plan
Location: Salisbury, MA
Duration: Permanent
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Quality Control Manager for major heavy-highway bridge and roadway projects. In this role, you will oversee the Quality Control program, including managing inspections, testing, and field QC technicians, while ensuring construction processes meet company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.
You will lead a team, conduct audits, maintain detailed documentation, and report on the status of the QC program. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors will be key to addressing quality concerns and ensuring materials meet required standards.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in highway/bridge construction, with a focus on quality control. A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and relevant certifications are preferred.
