Title: Project Manager – Land Development
Location: Annapolis, MD
Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
Pay: $105,000 – $155,000 + discretionary bonus

As a Civil Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a wide range of residential and commercial site development projects — guiding design, managing client relationships, and driving results from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do:
Manage land development projects from planning through construction.
Lead and mentor a talented design team using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
Partner directly with clients to ensure quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and project financials.
Support business growth through strong relationships and new opportunities.
Ensure technical excellence through hands-on quality control and review.
What You Bring:
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland.
Extensive experience managing residential and commercial land development projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision.
Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive project success.
