Project Manager
Title: Project Manager – Industrial Capital Projects
Location: Southeast
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: $75–$85/hr, OT after 40
Per Diem: $150/day, 7 days per week
Start Date: TBD
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support major capital and sustaining projects within an operating industrial environment.
These positions will manage projects from development through engineering, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The Project Manager will have direct responsibility for project scope, cost, schedule, contractors, risk, and overall execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage capital projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and execution plans.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage contractor performance and field execution.
- Track project cost, schedule, risk, and overall performance.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.
- Provide regular project reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Independently manage multiple active projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management, engineering, construction, or industrial operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing capital construction projects.
- Strong cost control, scheduling, contractor management, and project execution experience.
- Industrial construction or operating-facility experience strongly preferred.
- PMP or PE credentials are a plus.
On-site presence is required.
