Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to support cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance management across large capital construction projects.
This position will work closely with project leadership to maintain accurate project data, identify trends, and provide clear visibility into project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project cost, schedule, progress, and forecasting.
- Track budgets, actual costs, labor hours, quantities, and projections.
- Develop and maintain project controls reports and dashboards.
- Analyze project performance and identify trends or risks.
- Support cost forecasting and change management.
- Coordinate with scheduling, estimating, engineering, and construction teams.
- Maintain accurate project controls data and reporting.
- Communicate project performance and risks to leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong project controls experience on large industrial or capital construction projects.
- Experience with cost control, forecasting, progress measurement, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Experience with major project controls platforms preferred.
