Production Control Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$20–24/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

A growing manufacturing company in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to support daily production and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.

This person will help keep production running smoothly by tracking inventory, updating systems, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure materials and schedules stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and production schedules

• Track materials and work-in-progress throughout production

• Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate inventory information

• Work closely with production, engineering, shipping, and supply chain teams

• Help resolve scheduling or material shortages

• Generate reports related to production output and inventory

• Maintain accurate documentation and records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory, or scheduling

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred (SAP is a plus)

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Microsoft Excel experience required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/cleanroom environment

• May require standing, walking, and handling light materials

• Some schedule flexibility may be needed based on production demands
