We are seeking an Operations Director to join our client's construction claims and risk management team in the western U.S

Role accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the financial performance of the practice in the western U.S.
  • Lead a team of approximately 20 consultants.
  • Continued growth of the practice in the western U.S.
  • Be a member of the Contract Solutions leadership team where you will collaborate with other regions regarding financial performance, business development activities, service strategies and delivery of assignments.
  • Develop and execute service strategies and programs for construction claims, risk management and value engineering.
  • Market and promote all of Contract Solutions services, management of projects, financial planning, and control.
  • Maintain and expand professional business relations with clients.
  • Overall responsibility for technical delivery of assignments.
  • Actively lead and deliver assignments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related degree is required.
  • 20+ years of construction claims, project controls or risk management consulting experience
  • Demonstration of successfully leading similar teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience testifying in court or binding arbitration
