Mechanical Engineer
Role: Mechanical Engineer (Power + Energy)
Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 + bonus
Location: Bethesda, MD
Duration: Permanent/Direct Hire

We’re seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in power generation and energy infrastructure to support a wide range of domestic and international projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on conventional and renewable power, LNG/CNG systems, technical due diligence, and owner’s engineering assignments alongside a multidisciplinary team of industry experts.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design and evaluation of power generation, renewable energy, and LNG/CNG facilities.
- Perform technical due diligence, engineering reviews, and feasibility assessments.
- Review design documents, develop technical specifications, and prepare engineering reports.
- Collaborate with engineers, financial experts, and project stakeholders on high-impact energy projects.
- Travel internationally (up to 25%) to support project execution and client engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, or engineering consulting.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with thermal and/or renewable power systems.
- International experience or fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
