Manufacturing Technician I – 3rd Shift
Location: Wilmington, MA
Pay: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Friday–Monday | Four 10-Hour Shifts
3rd Shift: Start times between 8:00–10:00 PM | 10-hour shift

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and defects.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and established quality processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and product traceability.
• Handle small parts and perform detailed visual inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and engineers to resolve production issues.
• Participate in training, cross-training, and process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of Manufacturing or production experience required/ strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new equipment and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable handling production materials including adhesives, resins, and cleaning agents while using proper PPE.
• Ability to visually inspect very small product features and components.
