Maintenance Technician II

Pay Range: $32–$42/hr
2nd Shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing and facility operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, electrical systems, compressed air systems, furnaces, and facility infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues
- Repair motors, relays, contactors, VFDs, sensors, and 3-phase systems
- Support furnace, compressed air, and calibration system maintenance
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility projects
- Maintain safe work practices and support hazardous waste compliance
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- CMMS experience preferred
- Technical school, electrical certification, or related training is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing, medical device, or precision production environments
- Compressed air systems and furnace maintenance
- PLC troubleshooting and controls experience
- Forklift or scissor lift certification a plus
