Maintenance Reliability Engineer
Title: Reliability Engineer – Predictive Maintenance & Asset Performance
Location: Gloucester, MA
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire
Salary: 90K – 113K + bonus
We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing operation seeking a Reliability Engineer to play a key role in transforming their maintenance strategy from reactive and preventative maintenance to a predictive, data-driven reliability program.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering leadership to analyze equipment performance, identify failure trends, and implement predictive maintenance strategies that improve equipment uptime, asset reliability, and plant efficiency. You’ll lead root cause investigations, optimize preventive maintenance programs, and leverage machine data and CMMS insights to drive continuous improvement across the facility.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments, experience working with equipment reliability or maintenance programs, and a passion for using data and analytics to improve plant performance.
