Interior Designer
Title: Mid and Senior Interior Designers – Hospitality
Location: Tulsa, OK (hybrid)
Duration: Direct Hire/Perm
Pay: $75,000 – $105,000
We’re looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our team and bring inspiring hospitality spaces to life. You’ll work on projects from concept through construction, collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver memorable, functional interiors.
What You’ll Do
Develop interior design concepts, space plans, material palettes, and FF&E selections for hotels, casinos, and other hospitality venues.
Prepare construction documents, finish plans, and custom interior details, coordinating with consultants and project teams.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing design insight and guidance.
Support budgeting, specifications, and vendor coordination, ensuring design vision meets project goals.
Mentor junior designers (for senior level) and help maintain high design standards across projects.
What You Bring
Mid-level: 4–6 years of interior design experience, Senior: 8+ years
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD; strong visualization and presentation skills
Knowledge of hospitality design, space planning, materials, and finishes
Experience preparing construction documentation and coordinating with consultants
NCIDQ certification preferred (or actively pursuing)
