Job Title: Manager of Geotechnical Services
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent
Pay Range: $110,000 – $150,000, DPOE
We’re looking for a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) pro who knows the Nashville market and is ready to lead, grow, and leave a lasting mark on the region’s most high-profile projects.

What You’ll Bring:
6+ years of CMT or geotechnical experience
Strong local market knowledge
Tennessee PE or ability to get licensed within 6 months
Business development instincts and project leadership experience
Desire to mentor field staff and junior engineers
