Job Title: Facilities Assessment Consultant

Pay: $40.00 – $48.00 an hour
Description:
We are seeking qualified Architects and Mechanical Engineers for facilities condition assessment (FCA) work throughout the United States. This position involves a travel schedule of 40-50%. Interested candidates from any geographic area will be considered, as the work can be performed from remote locations.
Requirements:
- BS degree in appropriate architectural or engineering discipline
- Good understanding of computer software and digital photography
- Knowledge of local and national building codes preferred
- Must have extensive knowledge of building systems including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and/or site utilities
- Must be able to quickly evaluate facility/system replacement values, conduct life cycle analysis, and identify deficiencies with corrective cost estimates
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
