Title: Senior Construction Estimator
Pay: $105K-135K + Bonus Plan
Location: Salisbury, MA
Duration: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to manage complete bid preparation for large-scale construction projects, with values ranging from $5 million to over $400 million. In this role, you will be involved in all phases of bid preparation, including set-up, quantity take-offs, procurement, cost estimating using HCSS HeavyBid software, and final bid close-out.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for complex projects, with preference given to those with experience in Railroad/Trackwork or Marine Construction. This is a key role that will require attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
