Title: Engineering Manager 
Location: Tewksbury, MA 
Salary: $160K-$185K
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire

This position provides technical leadership, team management, project oversight, and operational strategy for a multidisciplinary engineering team. The ideal candidate has strong engineering experience, an industrial or energy background, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee project execution, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Establish engineering processes, standards, and performance metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Support hiring, training, performance management, and team development.
• Partner with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Support business development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership or project management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in energy, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and regulations.
• Experience with budgets, resource planning, and team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• PE license.
• EPC project experience a plus.
