Role: Director of Engineering, Planning and Architecture
Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 + bonus
Location: San Antonio or North Austin, TX
Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire
Lead the growth of our client’s Texas land development practice! We’re looking for a seasoned leader (PE, PLA, or Certified Planner) to head operations in Central Texas with the opportunity to expand statewide.
You will:
Drive strategy, growth, and business development
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
Oversee diverse public/private land development projects
Build strong client and municipal relationships
You bring:
20+ years in land development or public/municipal projects
Proven leadership and project management success
Strong business development and client relationship skills
