We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver training programs in the construction industry. In this role, you’ll create tailored training on topics such as safety, construction techniques, project management, and compliance, using various formats like workshops and e-learning.
With 10+ years of industry experience, you’ll assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure content stays current with industry trends and regulations. Collaboration with HR, operations, and safety teams will be key to aligning training with organizational goals. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for engaging employees and fostering continuous development.
