Location: Lexington, KY
Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent
Pay Range: $115,000 – $130,000 + bonus

Join a leadership role where your expertise in construction materials testing and inspections will shape high-profile projects and mentor a growing team. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll manage mid- to large-scale projects, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in business development.
What You’ll Do:
Lead construction materials testing and special inspection projects from start to finish
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare accurate proposals and cost estimates
Support business development and expand your professional network
Mentor junior staff and foster technical excellence
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s (or higher) in Civil, Geotechnical, or related engineering field
PE license (or ability to obtain in Kentucky within 6 months)
10+ years in construction materials testing and inspections
Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, DOT standards, and IBC Special Inspections
Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
