Title: Construction Admin
Location: Paramus, NJ
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Hourly: $30 – $38/hr
Work Schedule: 5 days per week in office
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Document Controls Supervisor;
- Setup and maintain the Procore Document Management System
- Support the distribution and review of Project Documents
- Prepare/receive transmittals of Project Document Submittals
- Provide RFI and Submittal Status Reports to the Engineering Manager for Review and Action
Under the direction of the Senior Cost Control Engineer and/or Senior Project Administrator;
- Setup Project Cost Reports from the EPC Estimate Data
- Support the setup of the Time-Phased model; Progress Curves, Staffing Plans, and Cash Flows
- Support the setup and implementation of the EPC Management Cost Report
- Support the setup and implementation of Unifier to manage Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Change Orders, and Project Cost Reports
- Support the external and internal Monthly Reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with a Project Team
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
