Lead a high-performing Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team in one of the region’s most diverse and impactful project markets. From airports and solar farms to schools and stadiums, you’ll oversee operations, drive business growth, and ensure quality on every project.
The Opportunity
Manage field, lab, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Oversee departmental performance—revenue, profitability, utilization, and quality compliance.
Build client relationships, secure new work, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
What You Bring
6+ years in CMT operations or project management, with proven leadership success.
Strong client development skills and business acumen.
Ability to balance office and field presence to keep teams engaged and aligned.
