Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Duration: Direct Hire / Permanent
Pay: $110,000 – $160,000 +
Overview
Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in land development and site design to lead projects from planning through construction documentation. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who values collaboration, quality design, and practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead site planning and land development design from concept through construction
- Prepare code-compliant construction documents
- Design site layouts including grading, drainage, and utilities
- Produce and coordinate designs using **Revit** (required)
- Prepare technical reports and support permitting
- Apply engineering standards and local codes
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other disciplines
- Oversee and mentor CAD designers and technicians
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–8+ years of land development and site design experience
- Strong Revit proficiency
- PE or EIT preferred
- Strong understanding of zoning, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
