Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Potential scheduling flexibility
• 8-hour shifts including:
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks
  • One unpaid 30-minute lunch

Position Summary
The Batch Maker is responsible for accurately mixing raw materials to manufacture quality products while following established production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage and accurately charge raw materials into mixing vessels.
• Follow batch records and work instructions to manufacture products to specification.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment and related production systems.
• Make product adjustments under the direction of the Quality Control team until approval is achieved.
• Follow the daily production schedule and communicate any concerns or process improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.
• Ensure work areas remain safe and free of hazards, reporting spills or safety concerns immediately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience required; chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English.
• Ability to accurately read digital scales and measuring equipment.
• Experience operating industrial mixing or material handling equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
