Since opening its doors, FootBridge has grown from a small New England startup into a trusted national staffing partner known for its commitment to quality, relationships, and results.
Founded in 2000, FootBridge began as a small staffing firm before expanding into manufacturing, IT, and energy services.. Over the years, the company’s adaptability and people-first culture have fueled steady growth through every economic cycle. Today, FootBridge employs more than 40 internal staff and partners with hundreds of clients nationwide to support complex projects that power communities and drive progress.

Across two and a half decades, FootBridge has achieved numerous milestones:
- 2000-2005: Founded in Andover, MA, launched Manufacturing and IT divisions, and grew to 12 internal employees.
- 2006-2013: Expanded into Energy Services with new offices in North Carolina and Ohio, and achieved double-digit growth for the first time.
- 2018-2020: Todd Springer became the sole owner, rebranded and relocated headquarters, and successfully navigated the transition to remote work during the pandemic.
- 2022-2024: Adopted a hybrid work model, launched a Direct Hire specialization, and reorganized Energy into two divisions (Energy and Industrial Construction).
- 2025: Celebrates 40+ internal employees and continues expanding its recruiter team to meet nationwide client demand.
Over 25 years, FootBridge has placed thousands of professionals, built lasting client partnerships, and supported major energy and infrastructure projects across the country. The company’s divisions now serve clients spanning power generation, oil and gas, renewables, construction, and advanced manufacturing, among others.
