Title: Construction Admin
Location: Paramus, NJ
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Hourly: $30 – $38/hr
Work Schedule: 5 days per week in office

RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Document Controls Supervisor;

  • Setup and maintain the Procore Document Management System
  • Support the distribution and review of Project Documents
  • Prepare/receive transmittals of Project Document Submittals
  • Provide RFI and Submittal Status Reports to the Engineering Manager for Review and Action

Under the direction of the Senior Cost Control Engineer and/or Senior Project Administrator;

  • Setup Project Cost Reports from the EPC Estimate Data
  • Support the setup of the Time-Phased model; Progress Curves, Staffing Plans, and Cash Flows
  • Support the setup and implementation of the EPC Management Cost Report
  • Support the setup and implementation of Unifier to manage Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Change Orders, and Project Cost Reports
  • Support the external and internal Monthly Reports

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with a Project Team
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
